Everyone has encountered the problems leading to the stresses and the fatigue. If we cannot control these stresses, everything will get worse and affect your health.
A study at the University Rochester School of Medicine showed that people with stressful jobs often had the body mass index (BMI) higher than employees with less stressful positions. Another study from Tel Aviv University in Israel proved that people working at high-stress levels were more likely to increase the diabetes type 2. A study from the University of California at San Francisco also showed that stresses may increase the risk of skin disorders such as psoriasis and eczema.
1. Get enough sleep
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ( CDC ) , getting enough sleep is one of ways help survive under stresses . A loss of sleep and stress can be a vicious cycle. The stress throughout the day easily makes you lose sleep and the lack of sleep can make you feel tired and stressed the following day .
Make sure that you get eight or more hours in a night, you will feel convenient and have enough energy for activities in the following morning. This will be a helpful way to survive under stresses
2. Strengthen exercise
Taking exercise can reduce cortisol level. Cortisol is a hormone produced by the adrenal gland during stress. When you feel anxious, angry or scared, cortisol can increase blood pressure and reduce the immunity of the body. Exercise can burn cortisol, thus making us healthier and happier. We recommend you to exercise at least 2,5 hours per week to achieve the effect.
3. Listen to music

According to the National Institutes of Health ( NIH ) , writing diary can reduce stress . When you’re tired and exhausted, recording your feelings can help you control everything.
